Brief introduction:Sds-830a single roll slag breaker is another kind of waste crushing equipment for power station boiler newly developed by our company on the basis of sds-40 single roll slag breaker. The performance and electrical protection device of the product has the same effect as DGS-40 single roll slag crushing machine, but it has unique structure:
1. The form of the tooth roller is changed from the combination of multiple sheets to the whole casting, and the size is increased from the diameter of 500 to the diameter of 600, making the product simple in structure and improving the feeding ability of big slag blocks.
2. Change the integral bearing seat to split bearing seat, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly of tooth roller and makes product maintenance more convenient.
3. The jaw plate is adjustable to make the particle size of slag no more than 25mm.
DGS-830A slag breaker can be driven in two ways:
(1) coupling transmission;
Chain drive; See installation drawing.
In general, the form of coupling transmission should be preferred.
